Presidential Unsealing and Reporting System for UAP Encounters. The declassification pipeline launched by the Department of War on May 8, 2026 (Release 01). Four releases across May and July 2026 have published hundreds of files from DoW, NASA, CIA, FBI, DoE, DoS, and ODNI. Coordinated by the Interagency UAP Governance Board established June 16, 2026.
