Official description

DOW-UAP-PR123 through DOW-UAP-PR127: five numbered Unresolved UAP Report videos from a 2019 Pacific Ocean mission window. Longer file sizes than most earlier PR-series clips (individual videos in the cluster exceed 40 and 60 MB), which typically corresponds to longer capture durations useful for kinematic analysis.

Editor's context

The 2019 Pacific Ocean mission window overlaps in date range with the well-documented Range Fouler encounters attributed to the US Navy in the Eastern US, but the Pacific Ocean geography places this cluster in an entirely different theatre. It is the first substantial PURSUE Pacific addition since Nimitz Tic Tac 2004 became public through unofficial channels in 2017 and formally through R01 in 2026. The cluster's larger file sizes hint at longer sensor dwell times.

AARO has not adjudicated the cluster to a conventional explanation as of release. Pacific Ocean 2019 activity by Navy assets was extensive; the residual after conventional-object exclusions is unknown pending full sensor telemetry.
