   The 2026 whistleblower-protection hearing. Held two days before the Burlison NDAA amendment was adopted, and set the political timing that produced the FY2027 UAP records framework.

   Chair Anna Paulina Luna's follow-up to her March 31 letter demanding 46 named UAP videos. Sworn testimony from journalist George Knapp, a serving Navy Senior Chief Petty Officer, two USAF veterans, and a POGO policy counsel. Scope: AARO transparency, whistleblower reprisal protections, PURSUE oversight.

2. Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena: Exposing the Truth

   2024-11-13·House Oversight, joint subcommittee (CyberIT and National Security)

   The Shellenberger 'Immaculate Constellation' hearing. First public naming of an alleged special-access UAP program under sworn testimony.

   The follow-up to the 2023 Grusch hearing with a different witness slate. Elizondo re-anchored his AATIP-era claims. Gallaudet described allegedly suppressed Navy UAP sensor data. Shellenberger's written testimony introduced the 'Immaculate Constellation' allegation, sourced to unnamed IC officials. Gold discussed NASA's institutional resistance to the UAP question.

3. Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena: Implications on National Security, Public Safety, and Government Transparency

   2023-07-26·House Oversight National Security Subcommittee

   The 2023 Grusch hearing. First public UAP whistleblower testimony under oath at a congressional hearing.

   David Grusch's sworn allegation of a decades-long US crash-retrieval and reverse-engineering program involving non-human origin technology. Fravor recounted the 2004 Nimitz Tic Tac encounter. Graves testified about routine UAP encounters by Navy aviators. Grusch's specific claims remain unverified by any public evidence and have been denied by DoD; the hearing is nonetheless the most senior sworn public claim on record.

4. Unidentified Aerial Phenomena hearing

   2022-05-17·House Intelligence Committee, Counterterrorism/Counterintelligence Subcommittee

   The 2022 Bray/Moultrie hearing. First open congressional UAP hearing in fifty years.

   The first open congressional UAP hearing since the 1966 Project Blue Book era. Established the UAP Task Force as the direct predecessor of AARO. Bray displayed two Navy UAP videos and made the widely contested claim that the government has 'no material' from any UAP encounter, a claim later contradicted under oath by David Grusch in July 2023.
