The first formally noticed House committee hearing dedicated to UAP whistleblower protection since the July 2023 Grusch hearing. Wiggins is a serving USN Senior Chief; Borland and Nuccetelli are USAF veterans with prior on-record UAP accounts. Knapp is the veteran investigative journalist who broke the Bob Lazar story in 1989. Held under Luna's chairmanship of the Task Force on Declassification of Federal Secrets, and part of the same congressional line that later produced her April 2026 letter demanding 46 UAP videos ahead of PURSUE Release 01.
