Burlison UAP Disclosure Amendment, FY2027 NDAA
Amendment to the FY2027 National Defense Authorization Act (H.R. 8800) offered by Rep. Eric Burlison and adopted by the House on July 23, 2026. Would establish a UAP Records Collection at the National Archives, an independent UAP Records Review Board, and extend UAP-record disclosure duties to Department of War contractors.
