Deputy Director of Naval Intelligence at the time of the May 17, 2022 House Intelligence UAP hearing, the first open congressional UAP hearing since 1966. Displayed the Navy 2019 West Coast video and the Navy 2021 flyby video during his testimony. Made the widely contested claim that the government has 'no material' from any UAP encounter, a claim later contradicted under oath by David Grusch in July 2023.
