H.P. Robertson
Caltech mathematical physicist. Chaired the CIA-convened January 1953 Scientific Advisory Panel on Unidentified Flying Objects (the 'Robertson Panel'), whose report shaped US government UAP policy for the next fifty years and is the direct antecedent of modern AARO methodology.
